If the customer wishes to return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, after contacting our company by phone at 231 500 7118 or by e-mail at email@example.com. The cost of return is borne exclusively by the customer.
To be accepted the return of a product must be in exactly the same condition as delivered to the customer. That is:
- The product must not be used
- The product must not be worn
- The product must not have been washed or modified
- The identification card should be attached to the product along with all the designer’s fabric labels.
- The package must include all the documents that accompanied the shipment (Retail Receipt – TDA, etc.).
- If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return is not accepted.
- For products that have been produced especially for you (invitations – chocolates) no returns are made
- If all the above conditions are met, Mywedding is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer.
If the customer wishes to change a product, he has the right to do so within 20 (twenty) days from the date of receipt, after contacting our company by phone at 231 500 7118 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. The procedure followed is to send the new parcel and upon delivery the customer delivers the parcel to the Courier for return. The cost of return and new shipment is borne by the customer with a total of € 5.00 regardless of the amount and is always carried out with the cooperating transport acs courier.
In case of choosing a higher value product, the difference is charged to the customer.
